If Your Order Arrives Damaged
In the unlikely event that your framed print arrives damaged, please get in touch with me as soon as possible.
Just send us a few photos of the damage and the packaging so I can take a look. The framing and delivery process is fully insured, so once I have seen the images I will arrange a replacement right away at no extra cost to you.
Custom & Bespoke Orders
All of my framed prints are made to order and customised specifically for you. Because of this bespoke nature, I am unable to accept returns or offer refunds on items once they’ve been created, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
